- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the e-commerce team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, ensuring alignment with key internal functions such as marketing, supply chain, and IT.
- Develop and execute Cartier’s online strategy to enhance brand presence and achieve sales growth targets.
- Oversee regional site experience, focusing on UI/UX, navigation, and product recommendations to drive conversion.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize e-commerce performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Communicate e-commerce performance and strategy to senior leadership.
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless luxury client experiences.
- Analyze online behaviors and client feedback to inform growth plans for e-commerce and omnichannel strategies.
- Drive client engagement and retention through digital exclusives and clienteling activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance online activations and drive traffic and conversion.
- Lead digital and omnichannel projects, coordinating with global headquarters and retail partners.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital/e-commerce, with direct accountability for business sales.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in developing high-performing teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in leading e-commerce initiatives and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrix organization.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools and e-commerce platforms, with Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred.

Expected salary range: $160,000 to $185,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
