1. Develop and implement commercial excellence initiatives aligned with business objectives.
2. Define key priorities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness across the commercial organization.
3. Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and cost-efficiency.
4. Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and increase commercial agility.
5. Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs to track progress and identify optimization opportunities.
6. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
7. Manage complex projects ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
8. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the commercial excellence team.
9. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and service excellence.
10. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
2. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
3. 8+ years of experience in a commercial or operational role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
4. Proven track record of success in driving commercial excellence initiatives.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

8+ years in a commercial or operational role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Expected salary range: $160,000-$185,000 plus incentives. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
