Cartier Digital Transformation Manager - Finance

1. Manage the finance/controlling product, including tools, roadmap, resources, and deliverables.
2. Serve as the primary contact for all digital transformation project requests from the finance department.
3. Analyze and understand financial needs, propose suitable digital solutions, and oversee their implementation.
4. Ensure appropriate communication plans are in place, including rituals, KPIs, and usage metrics.
5. Oversee the product lifecycle, including projects, continuous improvement, and obsolescence.
6. Manage stakeholders around the product, including finance business partners, service providers, and Richemont Group actors.
7. Establish governance around digital products and solutions.

1. Proven experience in management control, preferably within the industry or manufacturing sectors.
2. Excellent command of SAP FICO.
3. Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is advantageous.
