2. Implement digital applications (no/low code) in production lines by understanding and analyzing user needs and ensuring successful deployment in relevant departments.
3. Support the deployment of new technologies in production and optimize existing technologies, focusing on automation and robotics in collaboration with various manufacturing units.
4. Implement digital transformation tools, algorithms, and AI methodologies to solve complex problems.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program with a focus on production management, industrial processes, or applied computer science/mathematics.

1. Autonomy, organization, and attention to detail.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
3. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
4. Knowledge of algorithms is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but a passion for the watchmaking industry is essential.

Pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
