Cartier Digital Learning Experience Project Manager

- Design and develop training tools, including e-learning modules and new digital formats.
- Contribute to the creation of content for the digital integration program.
- Manage translations with agencies, local Learning teams, and Group teams.
- Support and guide various Learning Managers in designing Learning experiences.
- Liaise with external providers and manage projects.
- Coordinate all central team content for global deployment.
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials for the Intl Learning community, internal Learning partners, and all Maison employees.
- Collaborate with different central Learning & Transformation team units.
- Work with regional and local Learning teams and cross-functional teams such as marketing, commercial, client management, and HR.
- Manage Learning catalogs on LXP and LMS platforms.
- Support HQ and market users.
- Degree from a business school or a master's in marketing, communication, or international business management.
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Interest in digital technologies.
- Creative sensitivity.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in multi-project management and teamwork on cross-functional projects.
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in training, either in a corporate or agency setting.
Degree from a business school or a master's in marketing, communication, or international business management.
