1. Drive change management and best practices for Client Relation Center (CRC) engagement solutions.
2. Coordinate CRC project deliveries and change management activities.
3. Lead business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Develop the CRC client and user experience roadmap.
5. Manage change requests and propose enhancements for CRC systems.
6. Lead CRC web engagement across digital channels.
7. Oversee and enhance the CRC technical stack.
8. Enable CRC ambassador technical solutions.
9. Lead the Social Care solution and Sprinklr integration.
10. Lead the workforce management solution transition project.
11. Promote adoption of CRC tools and provide support.
12. Manage integrator consultant and consultants.
13. Translate business processes into KPIs with the data analyst.
14. Manage end-to-end RFP process for CRC digital engagement.
15. Qualify RFPs and make go/no-go decisions.
16. Ensure compliance and quality of RFP submissions.
17. Develop comprehensive RFP responses, highlighting the value proposition of CRC solutions.
18. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for RFP submissions.
19. Ensure all RFP responses meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 3 years of experience in proposal management, technical writing, or a related field
3. Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines

1. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Experience with CRM System and Sprinklr
4. Knowledge or experience in the luxury industry is a plus

A minimum of 3 years in proposal management, technical writing, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
