Cartier Digital Development Intern

- Analyze and understand business processes and needs to propose optimal methodological and technological solutions.
- Frame, plan, and oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of technological solutions from development to deployment.
- Develop and propose technological solutions that meet business needs, showcasing expertise in web application development.
- Ensure the deployment of solutions by training colleagues and supporting change management with training and communication materials.
- Utilize and format data from various sources to create relevant analytical reports.
- Establish performance indicators to monitor the team's performance and the deployed solutions for business processes.
- Document technical solutions to ensure comprehensive understanding by stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and communicate achievements to the Executive Committee.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, seeking a final-year internship or Bachelor's project.
- Interest in the watchmaking industry.
- Proficiency in web development technologies, particularly Kotlin, Spring Boot, and React.
- Experience with SQL databases, ideally SQL Server or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Looker, for report and dashboard creation.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.
Previous experience in web application development is advantageous.
Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
