1. Collaborate with CAD and technical experts to define new 3D design methodological standards.
2. Enhance collaboration among product development teams to ensure digital continuity of data.
3. Implement technological solutions to eliminate data re-entry and streamline machine interactions.
4. Optimize access and readability of 3D models for team members.
5. Facilitate change management to ensure successful technological transition.
6. Monitor and communicate progress through KPIs to report gains to the Executive Committee.

1. Pursuing an engineering degree with a focus on research & innovation, mechanics, or industrial engineering.

No prior experience required, but a passion for the watchmaking industry is essential.

Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
