1. Coordinate and optimize eCommerce operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Analyze eCommerce data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of digital tools to enhance business efficiency.
4. Coordinate budget forecast meetings with department heads to ensure strategic alignment.
5. Monitor project progress to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
6. Coordinate environmental reporting to measure and reduce the office's environmental impact.
7. Provide on-site support to the Store Design team for seamless project execution.
8. Coordinate the briefing process for new store design projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
9. Maintain and analyze Store Design data for future project insights.

1. Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Strategy, Business Transformation, or equivalent.
2. Available to start mid-August 2025.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in other Swiss languages is a plus.

2. Comfortable navigating the digital landscape with a solid understanding of e-commerce principles.
3. Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments.
4. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
6. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite.
7. Agile, flexible, and proactive in assisting with various tasks.

No specific experience required, but a background in digital strategy or business transformation is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.
