Cartier Digital and E-commerce Intern

- Optimize e-commerce operations to enhance key performance indicators such as order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Manage order processing and fulfillment, coordinating with Customer Relations Center and logistics teams.
- Oversee inventory management, including Gift With Purchase (GWP) and defect stock.
- Implement process improvement initiatives across all operations, including ship-from-store support.
- Maintain and enhance the online presence by managing product catalogs and ensuring accurate, compelling website content.
- Optimize merchandising through A/B testing and Einstein tools.
- Collaborate with headquarters and developers to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Support the execution of at least eight marketing campaigns annually, including seasonal and collection campaigns.
- Contribute to product assortment selection, landing page management, banner updates, and special giveaway initiatives.
- Create and deliver insightful monthly performance reports and ad-hoc analyses of competitor and client data.
- Currently pursuing or graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Highly responsible and able to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing).

No prior experience required, but familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
