Cartier Deputy Boutique Manager

- Monitor cash transactions, inventory, and ensure flawless stock audits.
- Manage customer returns and liaise with headquarters as needed.
- Collaborate with local service providers to maintain boutique functionality.
- Develop and analyze business plans and prepare recurring reports.
- Adopt audit-relevant management, security guidelines, and processes in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
- 5-7 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watches, with significant management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Strong leadership abilities and customer insight.
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Resilient team player with a confident, open, and appropriate demeanor.
- Precise and meticulous work style, with knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
5-7 years of experience in luxury sales, ideally within the jewelry and/or watch sector, including relevant management experience.
