1. Assist the Boutique Director in enhancing boutique performance and profitability.
2. Manage and develop the boutique team, ensuring high standards in operations and client service.
3. Monitor individual objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching.
4. Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members.
5. Drive boutique performance through strategic analysis and action plans.
6. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams to enhance brand visibility and commercial performance.
7. Ensure compliance with boutique operations, including inventory and expense management.
8. Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as an ambassador for the Maison.
9. Promote clienteling tools to enrich the client database and enhance client satisfaction.
10. Manage client and staff flows to ensure a seamless client experience.

1. Previous experience in retail management and team leadership.
2. Fluency in Swedish and English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.
