1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, local community, and market trends.
2. Foster a positive and professional team environment, promoting trust, integrity, and high performance standards.
3. Oversee customer flow on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional service and no client is left unattended.
4. Resolve customer issues, enhancing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Evaluate team sales performance, consistently striving to exceed boutique sales targets.
6. Monitor, support, and develop team members, defining individual development plans and providing on-the-spot coaching.
7. Engage the team with regular communication about the Maison's vision, strategy, and business goals.
8. Uphold the boutique's image by ensuring adherence to the Maison's guidelines and acting as a brand ambassador.
9. Strengthen team spirit and support collaboration within the boutique management team.
10. Drive best practices and cross-functional collaboration with other Cartier boutiques.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and management.
2. Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage sales associates.
3. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
4. Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for team engagement.
5. Proficiency in Czech and English; German and French are advantageous.
