- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, local community, and market trends.

- Oversee customer flow on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional service and no client is left unattended.
- Resolve customer issues, enhancing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate team sales performance, consistently striving to exceed boutique sales targets.
- Monitor, support, and develop team members, defining individual development plans and providing on-the-spot coaching.
- Engage the team with regular communication about the Maison's vision, strategy, and business goals.
- Uphold the boutique's image by ensuring adherence to the Maison's guidelines and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Strengthen team spirit and support collaboration within the boutique management team.
- Drive best practices and cross-functional collaboration with other Cartier boutiques.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and management.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage sales associates.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for team engagement.
- Proficiency in Czech and English; German and French are advantageous.
