- Support the Boutique Manager in coaching, motivating, and developing the team to align with the Maison’s values and service standards.

- Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and in full compliance with Maison policies.

- Support clienteling initiatives and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients.
- Represent Cartier during client events, contributing to elevating the boutique’s prestige and influence.
- Strong tenure in retail management.
