1. Support the Boutique Manager in coaching, motivating, and developing the team, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s values and service standards.
2. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development, contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture.
3. Lead by example on the boutique floor, engaging with clients and inspiring the team to create exceptional experiences.
4. Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and in full compliance with Maison policies.
5. Oversee stock management and audit preparation.
6. Maintain impeccable boutique presentation standards.
7. Support clienteling initiatives and help strengthen long-term relationships with key clients.
8. Represent Cartier during client events and contribute to elevating the boutique’s prestige and influence.

1. Strong tenure in retail management.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is an advantage.
