Cartier Demand and Supply Planning Manager

- Lead the demand and supply planning for Cartier's Leather Goods collections, including bags, small leather goods, belts, and high-end offerings.
- Manage short, mid, and long-term demand and supply plans to support sales development and ensure optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with international product marketing, sales merchandising, local markets, product development, industrial teams, and finance to build ambitious and achievable plans.
- Prepare and facilitate decision committees and transformation workshops on the category.
- Drive transformation of supply chain processes by implementing new models for carry-over offers and one-shot collections.
- Oversee demand planning process, constructing sales forecasts in collaboration with central marketing, sales merchandising, and markets.
- Define and implement strategic vision from S&OP process to sales forecast.
- Coordinate with local supply chain teams to build action plans to reach sales targets.
- Oversee production plan of finished products, balancing novelties planning, suppliers’ capacity, and worldwide stock policies.
- Optimize planning and reporting tools to enhance data connectivity and transparency.
- Engineering degree in Supply Chain or a similar scientific field.
- 10+ years of experience in operational supply chain activities, with strong experience in the soft luxury environment.
- Strong analytical skills for leading decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to influence and find consensus with various interlocutors.
- Project and people management experience.
- Fluency in English and French; Italian language skills are a plus.
10+ years of experience in operational supply chain activities, particularly within the soft luxury sector.
Engineering degree in Supply Chain or a similar scientific field.
