Cartier Demand and Supply Planning Manager

1. Lead the demand and supply planning for Cartier's Leather Goods collections, including bags, small leather goods, belts, and high-end offerings.
2. Manage short, mid, and long-term demand and supply plans to support sales development and ensure optimal product availability.
3. Collaborate with international product marketing, sales merchandising, local markets, product development, industrial teams, and finance to build ambitious and achievable plans.
4. Prepare and facilitate decision committees and transformation workshops on the category.
5. Drive transformation of supply chain processes by implementing new models for carry-over offers and one-shot collections.
6. Oversee demand planning process, constructing sales forecasts in collaboration with central marketing, sales merchandising, and markets.
7. Define and implement strategic vision from S&OP process to sales forecast.
8. Coordinate with local supply chain teams to build action plans to reach sales targets.
9. Oversee production plan of finished products, balancing novelties planning, suppliers’ capacity, and worldwide stock policies.
10. Optimize planning and reporting tools to enhance data connectivity and transparency.

1. Engineering degree in Supply Chain or a similar scientific field.
2. 10+ years of experience in operational supply chain activities, with strong experience in the soft luxury environment.

1. Strong analytical skills for leading decision-making processes.
2. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
3. Ability to influence and find consensus with various interlocutors.
4. Project and people management experience.
5. Fluency in English and French; Italian language skills are a plus.

10+ years of experience in operational supply chain activities, particularly within the soft luxury sector.

Engineering degree in Supply Chain or a similar scientific field.
