Cartier Data Solutions Intern

- Execute daily data pipelines and processes within a defined scope, ensuring timely data processing and proactive issue resolution.
- Provide first-line support to end users on specific data products, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance.
- Assist in developing data education materials as needed.
- Audit selected data pipelines, develop targeted action plans, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of specific data products.
- Support data projects in data preparation and front-end development.
- Collaborate with business teams during the data product design phase.
- Innovate new approaches and methods for reporting and data product development.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; International students require a current work visa.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to participate for the full duration of the internship program (June 2nd - August 8th).
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with SQL, LookML, and version control (Git); knowledge of dbt and Python is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools, preferably Looker.
- Ability to understand and work with complex and diverse data sets.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Previous experience with SQL and data visualization tools is required. Familiarity with LookML, version control systems, dbt, and Python is preferred.
$20-25 per hour
Interns will gain valuable insights into the luxury goods industry and will be paired with a mentor for guidance and support throughout the program. This is a paid internship.
