Cartier Data & Client Performance Analyst Intern

- Ensure the integrity and quality of client data within information systems through meticulous management and auditing processes.
- Collaborate with international teams to audit data quality and implement corrective measures.
- Support the evolution of client data solutions within Cartier's ecosystem.
- Facilitate the adoption of clienteling applications and systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Participate in the creation and optimization of comprehensive 360° dashboards.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support client-centric initiatives like retention and cross-selling.
- Generate regular reports on client database status, including recruitment and contactability metrics.
- Define email and clienteling audiences and contribute to the construction of annual client reports and KPIs.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analysis or Data Science.
- Ability to interpret and simplify client data for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented with a structured approach.
- Proficiency in information systems and data analysis, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with BI CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce) and data visualization tools (SAC, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English.
Previous experience in data manipulation or analysis is beneficial, particularly with BI CRM tools or data visualization software.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analysis or Data Science.
