1. Digitize and update customer service quality dashboards and KPIs monthly.
2. Analyze and interpret quantitative data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
3. Lead initiatives to enhance data quality and performance indicators.
4. Create presentation materials for information sharing.
5. Support customer and market request management.
6. Manage cross-functional product and process improvement projects.
7. Develop and update support documentation for markets.
8. Participate in meetings related to assigned tasks.
9. Contribute to the evolution of digital tools such as Wise 2.0, Windchill, and PLM Centric.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school with a focus on data analysis.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Analytics, and Power BI.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong numerical aptitude and experience with Excel and digital tools.
4. Attention to detail, relational skills, and proactive attitude.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with data analysis and digital tools is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.

Up to €1,400 gross monthly, depending on the level of study.

Includes an integration program with training on the Maison's history and products, and ongoing support throughout the internship.
