Cartier Customer Service Performance Project Intern

- Lead tactical customer service projects in collaboration with internal and external partners, including Marketing and Retail.
- Analyze needs identified by Marketing, Boutiques, or Service Platforms to enhance client satisfaction and internal performance.
- Define project scope with sponsors and propose solutions with the Manufacturing Jewelry team, including qualitative benchmarks and quantitative estimates.
- Oversee the development of selected solutions, including prototyping, pilot phases, and feedback-driven improvements.
- Facilitate the implementation of new practices in Boutiques or Service Platforms in close collaboration with local teams.
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials for global deployment of solutions, such as presentations and videos.
- Manage the department's tactical project portfolio by implementing a SharePoint tracking tool and updating project statuses.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions to enrich the strategic roadmap for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Communicate internally about departmental projects and strategic roadmap through monthly updates and support materials for departmental visits.
- Final year student in engineering or business school seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.
- Interest in luxury, project management, and/or entrepreneurship.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proactive and client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and synthesis abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury and project management is essential.
Final year student in engineering or business school.
Interns will gain exposure to a multicultural and dynamic environment, working closely with various departments and gaining insights into luxury manufacturing processes.
