1. Provide optimal after-sales customer service.
2. Manage administrative tasks from product receipt to return.
3. Communicate and collaborate with Richemont Customer Service.
4. Prepare and conduct interim and main inventories for repairs and leather straps.
5. Structure and organize the service area.
6. Perform technical tasks such as polishing, engraving, and watch strap adjustments.
7. Manage customer complaints proactively.

1. Completed commercial or technical training as a watchmaker or goldsmith; career changers from the hospitality industry are also welcome.
2. Several years of experience in after-sales customer service, ideally in the jewelry and watch segment.
3. Strong enthusiasm for the brand and its products.
4. Proficiency in German and English.
5. Knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP/ERP preferred.
6. Flexibility, resilience, loyalty, service orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and professionalism.
