Cartier CRM Intern

- Coordinate and execute CRM initiatives and projects across seven countries within the Maison's network, ensuring alignment with local activation plans.
- Manage clienteling campaigns in Salesforce, ensuring timely launch and creation in collaboration with the regional team.
- Assist with database management and analysis using Looker.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly CRM reports for boutiques, office management, and the Client team.
- Oversee CRM gift management, including stock levels and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Distribute client communication assets to boutiques, sales associates, watch partners, and the Client Relations Centre.
- Collaborate with translation agencies to ensure high-quality client communication across Benelux & Nordics languages.
- Support the Client team in designing and refining slides and documents for project meetings and strategic presentations.
- Enrollment in a university for the entire duration of the internship.
- Team player with an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or SAP is advantageous.
- Quick learner of new systems and IT software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Looker is beneficial but not mandatory.
Must be currently enrolled in a university program.
This is a paid internship with full coverage of commuting costs.
