Cartier CRM Intern

1. Coordinate and execute CRM initiatives and projects across seven countries within the Maison's network, ensuring alignment with local activation plans.
2. Manage clienteling campaigns in Salesforce, ensuring timely launch and creation in collaboration with the regional team.
3. Assist with database management and analysis using Looker.
4. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly CRM reports for boutiques, office management, and the Client team.
5. Oversee CRM gift management, including stock levels and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
6. Distribute client communication assets to boutiques, sales associates, watch partners, and the Client Relations Centre.
7. Collaborate with translation agencies to ensure high-quality client communication across Benelux & Nordics languages.
8. Support the Client team in designing and refining slides and documents for project meetings and strategic presentations.

1. Enrollment in a university for the entire duration of the internship.

1. Team player with an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or SAP is advantageous.
4. Quick learner of new systems and IT software.
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
6. Fluency in English.

Previous experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Looker is beneficial but not mandatory.

Must be currently enrolled in a university program.

This is a paid internship with full coverage of commuting costs.
