Cartier CRM Coordinator

- Collaborate with the CRM Project Manager to implement global and local marketing campaigns, including email and clienteling initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance using existing tools, build dashboards, and recommend optimizations for future activations.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and propose A/B tests to enhance client engagement.
- Maintain weekly reporting for boutique teams and provide support with best practices and clienteling training.
- Act as a liaison with regional and HQ teams to refine CRM tools and methodologies.
- Analyze dashboards to identify product and client insights that inform launch strategies.
- Support boutiques in maintaining data quality and monitoring client database accuracy.
- Partner with internal teams to identify clients for gifting, events, and boutique activations.
- Coordinate event attendance tracking and client studies with boutiques.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields such as Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, IT, or Finance; a Master’s or MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, Client Development, Data Insights, Loyalty, or Business Intelligence, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical and visualization skills, with experience in dashboards and data interpretation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, autonomous, and hands-on approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is beneficial.
A minimum of 2 years in CRM, Client Development, Data Insights, Loyalty, or Business Intelligence, with a preference for luxury industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields; a Master’s or MBA is a plus.
