Cartier Corporate Relations and Arts & Culture Coordinator

- Coordinate communication, assets, and logistics for strategic projects related to corporate relations, arts & culture, social impact, and philanthropy.
- Support local events for Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain, Cartier Collection, Cartier Women’s Initiative, Cartier Philanthropy, and key corporate partnerships.
- Manage and organize guest lists, invitation distribution, RSVPs, and follow-up communication for events.
- Coordinate digital and physical mailings in collaboration with internal teams.
- Handle SAP vendor onboarding, Purchase Order creation/management, invoice submission and tracking, and sourcing form/bid levelling documentation.
- Support budget management with monthly reviews and regular reporting/reconciliation.
- Manage and update internal databases and project calendars.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and manage team travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Create and compile project decks, program fact sheets, FAQs, and Excel templates.
- Compile project recaps, including metrics and analytics, for post-event evaluation.
- Conduct competitor research and create event attendee bios.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Prior experience in corporate relations, cultural organizations, museums, or philanthropic sponsorships is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French is a valuable asset.

Prior experience in corporate relations, cultural organizations, museums, or philanthropic sponsorships is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree required.
Expected salary range: $25.00-$35.00 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
