1. Provide methodological support to production for continuous improvement in processes and technologies.
2. Collaborate in the execution of product and process improvement projects.
3. Coordinate the management and monitoring of technical and cross-functional projects across the Italian hub.
4. Ensure technical support for the advancement of continuous improvement projects.
5. Coordinate routine activities by defining and monitoring deadlines and updating support tools.
6. Offer methodological support to define needs in the development of new projects.
7. Report on project timelines and updates.
8. Ensure the correct use of continuous improvement tools by providing appropriate training and information to all company functions.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering.

1. Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement tools.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Teamwork orientation and collaborative spirit.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.

No prior experience required, suitable for recent graduates or final-year students.
