1. Lead Lean workshops, including Value Stream Mapping, 5S projects, and visual management initiatives.
2. Provide methodological support to teams using Lean methods such as problem-solving, workgroup facilitation, performance management, and dashboard automation.
3. Manage projects related to workstation ergonomics and process improvement.

1. Currently enrolled in a general engineering school or equivalent master's program.
2. Interest in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.

1. Strong interpersonal skills for leading and engaging workgroups.
2. Aptitude for process improvement and Lean methodologies.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing is essential.

Pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
