- Lead Lean workshops, including Value Stream Mapping, 5S projects, and visual management initiatives.
- Provide methodological support to teams using Lean methods such as problem-solving, workgroup facilitation, performance management, and dashboard automation.
- Manage projects related to workstation ergonomics and process improvement.
- Currently enrolled in a general engineering school or equivalent master's program.
- Interest in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal skills for leading and engaging workgroups.
- Aptitude for process improvement and Lean methodologies.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing is essential.
Pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
