- Optimize consumable management in the workshop using LEAN methodologies.
- Analyze current consumable usage, including historical data and usage frequency.
- Implement a forecasting tool to anticipate consumable needs and track consumption (e.g., KANBAN).
- Propose physical arrangements according to Lean standards (5S, visual management).
- Measure and analyze workshop competitiveness issues, such as non-standard production times and quality deficiencies.
- Develop action plans to meet quality and timeline standards.
- Deploy necessary tools to guide teams in performance improvement.
- Measure, control, and standardize effects.
- Pursuing an engineering degree with an interest in a 6-month internship.
- Knowledge of project management and Lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Strong field orientation with the ability to work closely with operational teams.
- Autonomous, rigorous, dynamic, with strong analytical skills.
No specific prior experience required, but knowledge in project management and Lean methodologies is preferred.
Currently pursuing an engineering degree.
