1. Provide methodological support to production for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
2. Collaborate and support various departments in implementing Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
3. Ensure technical support for the advancement of Continuous Improvement projects.
4. Coordinate routine activities, define and monitor deadlines, and update support tools.
5. Offer methodological support to define needs in the development of new projects.
6. Ensure the correct use of Continuous Improvement tools by providing appropriate training and information to all company functions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

1. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative team spirit.

No prior experience required, suitable for recent graduates or final-year students.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
