Cartier Continuous Improvement Intern

- Provide methodological support to production for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate and support various departments in implementing Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Ensure technical support for the advancement of Continuous Improvement projects.
- Coordinate routine activities, define and monitor deadlines, and update support tools.
- Offer methodological support to define needs in the development of new projects.
- Ensure the correct use of Continuous Improvement tools by providing appropriate training and information to all company functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
No prior experience required, suitable for recent graduates or final-year students.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
