- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) of production flows and define action plans to eliminate non-value-added activities and optimize lead times.
- Structure performance management across various departments by proposing governance, measuring KPIs, and supporting users.
- Implement 5S methodologies in production workshops.
- Develop Business Intelligence reports using PowerBI to support performance initiatives.
- Deploy Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methods to enhance machine lifespan and efficiency.
- Optimize the end-to-end flow of precious stones to reduce inventory and streamline the supply process.
- Improve quality control processes by implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and enhancing sampling policies in collaboration with innovation teams.
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Passion for the jewelry manufacturing industry.
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive with strong teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Competence in standard software applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with modern digital tools such as PowerBI.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in industrial engineering are advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
