1. Lead innovative continuous improvement projects to stabilize and optimize processes.
2. Independently manage improvement initiatives to enhance performance and quality.
3. Develop a culture of continuous improvement among employees through change management support.
4. Deploy new visual management strategies for production lines.
5. Contribute to Cartier's Environmental-Social efforts.
6. Manage projects to optimize precious material management, including controlling, standardizing management methods, and operational IT deployment support.
7. Lead projects to formalize financial processes.

1. Currently pursuing an engineering degree with a focus on production management, industrial processes, finance, or equivalent.

1. Autonomous and organized with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
2. Proactive with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
3. Strong project management and leadership abilities.
4. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a passion for the watchmaking industry is essential.

Pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
