- Collaborate with team members to identify continuous improvement opportunities within the logistics department.
- Actively participate in projects aimed at optimizing processes.
- Design and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency of logistics processes.
- Contribute to knowledge management by documenting best practices and procedures related to optimized processes.
- Currently studying in logistics, industrial management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful indicators.
- Genuine interest in continuous improvement concepts and project management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.
No prior experience is required, but a keen interest in logistics and continuous improvement is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in logistics, industrial management, or a related field.
