1. Collaborate with team members to identify continuous improvement opportunities within the logistics department.
2. Actively participate in projects aimed at optimizing processes.
3. Design and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency of logistics processes.
4. Contribute to knowledge management by documenting best practices and procedures related to optimized processes.

1. Currently studying in logistics, industrial management, or a related field.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful indicators.
2. Genuine interest in continuous improvement concepts and project management.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Proficiency in office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.

No prior experience is required, but a keen interest in logistics and continuous improvement is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in logistics, industrial management, or a related field.
