1. Develop and implement an innovative and attractive compensation policy aligned with the strategic objectives of Cartier, ensuring its market competitiveness and internal equity.
2. Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to maintain the Maison's attractiveness in compensation systems.
3. Perform internal compensation audits and analyze discrepancies by job type and classification level, proposing adjustment scenarios.
4. Collaborate closely with HR Managers and HR Business Partners to prepare compensation reviews.
5. Oversee the deployment of deferred compensation policies, including profit-sharing, employee stock ownership, and savings plans, as well as social benefits such as retirement, insurance, and health benefits.

1. 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with profound knowledge in social management control, labor law, and taxation.

2. Expertise in compensation and benefits systems.
3. Proficiency in remuneration analysis and benchmarking tools.
4. Advanced skills in spreadsheet software, including formulas and macros.
5. Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
6. Result-oriented with team collaboration abilities.
7. Fluency in English.

8 to 10 years in a similar position with deep expertise in social management control, labor law, and taxation.
