- Develop and implement an innovative and attractive compensation policy aligned with the strategic objectives of Cartier, ensuring its market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to maintain the Maison's attractiveness in compensation systems.
- Perform internal compensation audits and analyze discrepancies by job type and classification level, proposing adjustment scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with HR Managers and HR Business Partners to prepare compensation reviews.
- Oversee the deployment of deferred compensation policies, including profit-sharing, employee stock ownership, and savings plans, as well as social benefits such as retirement, insurance, and health benefits.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with profound knowledge in social management control, labor law, and taxation.
- Strong organizational, autonomy, and proactivity skills.
- Expertise in compensation and benefits systems.
- Proficiency in remuneration analysis and benchmarking tools.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet software, including formulas and macros.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Result-oriented with team collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in English.
8 to 10 years in a similar position with deep expertise in social management control, labor law, and taxation.
