1. Support the organization of the 2026 Awards Ceremony and Awards Week, including content creation and attendee management.
2. Assist in producing communications assets for the 2026 fellows, ensuring brand consistency and impactful storytelling.
3. Facilitate coordination between various teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments and with external partners.
4. Engage in cross-functional projects focused on women's empowerment and impact.
5. Participate in professional development and career growth opportunities.

1. Background in business, communications, international affairs, or development.
2. Strong interest in women's empowerment, social and environmental impact, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.

1. C2 level English proficiency as per CEFR framework.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Experience in community management or event management is a plus.
