- Support the development and coordination of 360° communication plans, including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and activation frameworks.
- Contribute to the creation of communication briefs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Manage the deployment of campaigns and activations, ensuring all necessary materials are provided.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Brand Image, PR, Media, Events, and Digital to ensure deliverables are met.
- Prepare and coordinate the distribution of regional guidelines and communication tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and support regional understanding of campaign objectives and execution.
- Collect and analyze competitive activations to draw insights and implications for Cartier.
- Prepare meeting materials, status updates, toolkits, and summaries to facilitate smooth communication within the team and across departments.
- Graduate of a Master’s degree from a Grande École or University in communications or marketing.
- At least one prior experience in communications.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including marketing, brand content, public relations, media, events, digital, client, and regional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and guidelines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactivity in identifying and resolving potential problems and developing creative solutions.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Basic skills in data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in communication tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and French.
At least one prior experience in communications is required.
Graduate of a Master’s degree in communications or marketing from a Grande École or University.
Remuneration starts from €1300 gross per month, depending on the level of studies.
Access to private sales, teleworking rights, and 75% coverage of travel expenses.
