Cartier Commercial Trainee

- Prepare mid-year review presentations for external boutique and multi-brand distribution partners.
- Contribute to the organization of cooperative events with partners.
- Support the implementation of online partnerships.
- Assist the Area Manager for Roma/South Italy in the follow-up of the Fiumicino TR boutique opening.
- Participate actively in quarterly follow-ups of boutique action plans.
- Support regular assessments of boutique and partner model stock.
- Collaborate with various departments to manage HQ requests.
- Enhance boutique experience through service activation and retailtainment activities.
- Coordinate hospitality trainees within the boutique.
- Assist in organizing end-of-year retailtainment initiatives.
- Update internal newsletters and competitor mapping.
- Contribute to the operational organization of high-end events.
- Support client treatment formalization for international and European high jewelry events.
- Assist in high ticket allocation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-centric approach.
- Team-player with a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
No specific experience required, but a background in luxury retail or sales is advantageous.
Exposure to key decision-makers and influential individuals within the company.
