Cartier Commercial Project Coordinator Intern

- Participate in the commercial preparation of the international launch event for the 2026 High Jewelry collection.
- Develop tools for international commercial teams ahead of all international High Jewelry events (6 to 8 annually).
- Organize schedules and travel arrangements for the department for these events.
- Coordinate the recruitment and scheduling of support teams (experts, visual merchandisers, stockists, runners) and manage their accommodation bookings.
- Prepare training and onboarding documents for commercial and support teams.
- Create informational documents for markets in collaboration with the High Jewelry Event team.
- Coordinate information integration into digital and internal product-focused tools.
- Assist in organizing commercial seminars and roadshows for markets, commercial teams, and sales staff.
- Oversee support teams during the launch event, including schedule adjustments and badge coordination.
- Serve as the primary contact for staff transportation logistics.
- Organize team-building activities.
- Assist the commercial events team in organizing key moments, including setup, display, training, fittings, and handling rules.
- Manage equipment logistics.
- Prepare debriefs and post-event reports with all involved teams and market questionnaires.
- Monitor local initiative schedules with High Jewelry Regions.
- Track department T&E budgets related to events and manage event-related invoicing.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Interest in project management with a focus on precision and autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
- Discretion and professionalism.
- Sensitivity to the jewelry sector is advantageous.
No specific prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion and project management is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering.
