Cartier Commercial Perfume Manager

- Develop and oversee B-to-B strategies and activities within the designated region, ensuring alignment with international guidelines and Maison strategy for Germany, Austria, Eastern Europe, and Travel Retail accounts.
- Manage budget responsibilities, including sales and trade operations, in accordance with local objectives and strategies.
- Conduct annual negotiations with perfume retailers regarding action plans and commercial conditions.
- Lead a sales team comprising three sales account managers and one travel retail manager.
- Support the sales team in managing key accounts for perfumeries, including defining quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
- Implement retailization plans for key accounts by defining new digital B-to-B solutions, primarily utilizing SAP/Booster.
- Provide regular updates to Cartier Paris and report directly to the local Cartier Northern Europe Director.
- Over 8 years of experience in the luxury retail or fragrance industry.
- University degree or business school background.
- Management experience of a mid-sized team is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG and/or beauty industry.
- Fluency in English and German; French is advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills to analyze and define KPIs.
- Ability to identify opportunities and enhance the overall performance of Cartier perfumes in the region.
- Dedication to excellence with a persistent and resilient approach.
A minimum of 8 years in luxury retail or the fragrance industry, ideally with team management experience.
University degree or business school background.
