1. Design and deploy Looker dashboards to provide visibility into key performance metrics and enable data-driven decision-making.
2. Streamline reporting across channels, products, and clients in collaboration with other departments to meet business needs.
3. Track performance across all channels, report on key KPIs, and develop strategic and actionable insights.
4. Analyze initiative results against objectives and calculate monthly commissions.
5. Manage the Reward & Recognition program for internal and external boutiques.
6. Maintain a feedback loop across all channels to share sales growth opportunities and recommendations.
7. Support the creation of yearly objectives and regularly track team achievements.
8. Coordinate and consolidate sales forecasts during financial planning phases.
9. Contribute to the creation of commercial presentations, including the annual Market Action Plan.
10. Participate in commercial briefs and scorecards for new network projects.
11. Support omnichannel strategy development and manage ad-hoc projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. 5+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments.

1. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Google Looker is highly regarded.
3. Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
4. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
5. Experience in multicultural environments with diverse management stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
