Cartier Commercial Performance Manager

- Design and deploy Looker dashboards to provide visibility into key performance metrics and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Streamline reporting across channels, products, and clients in collaboration with other departments to meet business needs.
- Track performance across all channels, report on key KPIs, and develop strategic and actionable insights.
- Analyze initiative results against objectives and calculate monthly commissions.
- Manage the Reward & Recognition program for internal and external boutiques.
- Maintain a feedback loop across all channels to share sales growth opportunities and recommendations.
- Support the creation of yearly objectives and regularly track team achievements.
- Coordinate and consolidate sales forecasts during financial planning phases.
- Contribute to the creation of commercial presentations, including the annual Market Action Plan.
- Participate in commercial briefs and scorecards for new network projects.
- Support omnichannel strategy development and manage ad-hoc projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP and Google Looker is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
- Experience in multicultural environments with diverse management stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
