Cartier Commercial Operations Intern

- Support the team as a regional point of contact for commercial operations, liaising with local markets and HQ teams.
- Assist in implementing new tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify actions to improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and boutique productivity.
- Ensure consistent quality of operations tools and processes across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate Retail Excellence initiatives across Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO).
- Maintain project trackers and manage project deliverables.
- Facilitate the roll-out of HQ initiatives and support local teams in adapting changes.
- Contribute to commercial performance reporting by updating dashboards and creating presentations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with strong collaborative spirit to foster relationships in a matrix organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail operations and project management is essential.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
