Cartier Commercial Operations Intern

- Support the Commercial Operations Manager and Commercial Project Manager in various projects, including boutique flow improvements and the implementation of new digital solutions.
- Manage publication and follow-up on the internal communication digital tool.
- Assist in Maison activities such as boutique openings and temporary boutique setups.
- Contribute to the implementation of boutique action plans.
- Support daily operations of all boutiques within the Commercial Operations Teams.
- Assist with updating and implementing policy and procedure guidelines.
- Coordinate uniform procedures for the region, including order approval, buffer stock management, and budget tracking.
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires, ensuring uniform coordination and access to all Maison systems.
- Monitor boutique budgets in collaboration with suppliers.
- Provide support to boutique teams on the shop floor during peak seasons.
- Engage in cross-functional projects with marketing and merchandising.
- Approve boutique non-stock orders and support the creation and implementation of streamlined communication processes.
- Assist with SAP vendor and purchase order creations related to boutique operations.
- Plan, attend, and document retail meetings as needed.
- Create newsletters and other administrative support tasks.
- Enrollment in a university program for the entire duration of the internship.
- Positive and outgoing mindset with strong communication skills.
- Experience managing complex projects in an international and/or luxury environment.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in retail or project management within an international or luxury setting is preferred.
Must be enrolled in a university program.
