Cartier Commercial Operations Intern

- Support the Commercial Operations Manager and Commercial Project Manager in various projects, including boutique flow improvements and new digital solutions.
- Manage publication and follow-up on the internal communication digital tool.
- Assist in boutique openings and temporary boutique setups.
- Implement boutique action plans.
- Support daily operations of all boutiques and update policy and procedure guidelines.
- Coordinate uniform procedures for the region, including order approval and buffer stock management.
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires, ensuring uniform coordination and system access.
- Follow up on boutique budgets with suppliers.
- Assist boutique teams on the shop floor during peak seasons.
- Engage in cross-functional projects with marketing and merchandising.
- Approve boutique non-stock orders and streamline ordering processes.
- Provide administrative support, including SAP vendor and PO creation, planning and attending retail meetings, and creating newsletters.
- Enrollment in a university program for the duration of the internship.
- Positive and outgoing mindset with strong communication skills.
- Experience managing complex projects in an international or luxury environment.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Team-player with a can-do attitude.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
