- Upload and update materials including learning and development resources, retail manuals, media clippings, sales rankings, and high-end morning briefs.
- Assist in organizing high-end products for easier access by sales associates.
- Simplify product information to enhance clarity and usability for the sales team.
- Support the development of key messages and talking points for high-end morning briefs.
- Proficient in business English communication, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with luxury retail or commercial environments is advantageous.
