Cartier Clienteling Intern

- Assist the Clienteling Project Manager in executing the local clienteling strategy for Cartier Switzerland.
- Develop and implement both online and offline clienteling campaigns in collaboration with regional teams.
- Analyze the impact of clienteling campaigns and provide strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
- Manage and enhance the client database, identifying opportunities for client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and report on the results of clienteling activities and in-boutique experiences, focusing on ROI.
- Support CRM gift management, including stock oversight and coordination of shipments to boutiques.
- Master’s degree in Business, Luxury, or Computer Science.
- Fluency in English and French; German is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Power BI, and HTML.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to client needs.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Prior hands-on experience in the luxury industry is preferred.
Master’s degree in Business, Luxury, or Computer Science.
