1. Assist the Clienteling Project Manager in executing the local clienteling strategy for Cartier Switzerland.
2. Develop and implement both online and offline clienteling campaigns in collaboration with regional teams.
3. Analyze the impact of clienteling campaigns and provide strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
4. Manage and enhance the client database, identifying opportunities for client acquisition and retention.
5. Monitor and report on the results of clienteling activities and in-boutique experiences, focusing on ROI.
6. Support CRM gift management, including stock oversight and coordination of shipments to boutiques.

1. Master’s degree in Business, Luxury, or Computer Science.
2. Fluency in English and French; German is advantageous.

1. Strong analytical skills with experience in data management.
2. Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Power BI, and HTML.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Attention to detail and sensitivity to client needs.
5. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Prior hands-on experience in the luxury industry is preferred.

Master’s degree in Business, Luxury, or Computer Science.
