Cartier Clienteling Intern

- Assist the Clienteling Project Manager in implementing the local clienteling strategy for Cartier Switzerland to enhance client acquisition, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Create and deploy online and offline clienteling campaigns in collaboration with regional teams, measure their impact, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
- Ensure the enrichment, growth, and integrity of the client database by managing action plans and identifying client and prospect opportunities.
- Follow up and analyze the results of clienteling activations and in-boutique experiences, focusing on Return on Investment.
- Update client data analysis and insights to report to the Client Experience Team, management, and boutiques.
- Coordinate CRM gifts, manage stock levels, and oversee shipments to boutiques, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Master’s degree in Business, Luxury, or Computer Science.
- Business fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Power BI, and HTML.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to client needs and aspirations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
- Proactive and autonomous work style with strong team collaboration skills.
Prior hands-on experience in the luxury industry is preferred.
Master’s degree in Business, Luxury, or Computer Science.
