Cartier Client Services Operations Specialist

- Manage stock flows, including product entries, transfers, consignments, submissions, and shipments.
- Ensure quantitative and qualitative compliance of each stock movement.
- Maintain data quality and updates in the App2US application.
- Track spare parts orders and verify repair estimates from workshops.
- Monitor repair follow-up sheets and manage repair anomalies.
- Actively participate in general and partial inventories, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies proactively.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Maison and Group's compliance rules.
- Control payment methods daily during the cash closing process.
- Follow up on the collection of required documentation (AML, tax refunds, data protection, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to commercial procedures (discounts, returns, exchanges, reservations, etc.).
- Support sales advisors during transactions.
- Maintain organized and clean storage and workspaces to ensure a professional environment.
- Perform opening and closing duties of the boutique as per the schedule.
- Contribute to the integration and training of new team members.
- Propose improvements to enhance individual and collective performance.

- Fluent in English
Experience in luxury retail operations or client services is preferred.
