Cartier Client Services Assistant

- Adapt services, tools, and procedures from Cartier International to meet the specific needs and constraints of the French market.
- Ensure deployment, team adoption, and monitoring of these solutions across all relevant networks, collaborating with internal boutiques, watch distributors, and customer relations services.
- Act as a liaison for market needs with Cartier International.
- Coordinate between markets for client visits or specific requests.
- Analyze and manage customer feedback from questionnaires in collaboration with relevant departments to identify strengths and areas for improvement, contributing to action plans for customer satisfaction excellence.
- Share best practices within the French subsidiary and with Cartier International.
- Monitor and communicate results from various customer satisfaction metrics, implementing appropriate actions if necessary.
- Analyze performance reports and indicators for Client Services across all networks.
- Communicate results in a relevant format and frequency to optimize activity management.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve results in collaboration with CRM, boutiques, Customer Relations, and partners.
- Contribute to the deployment of Client Services training, organizing and coordinating between workshops and boutiques.
- Initial experience in project management, retail, and/or customer service.
