Cartier Client Service Supervisor

- Supervise after-sales services in the boutique, ensuring adherence to brand policies and procedures.
- Maintain high service standards in the showroom and manage client repairs and inquiries efficiently.
- Oversee client complaints and optimize commercial claim management.
- Support and guide Client Service Associates in resolving client issues.
- Enhance team organization to reduce waiting times both in-store and remotely.
- Coach, train, and manage the Client Service team, supporting performance reviews and identifying training needs.
- Monitor and achieve qualitative and quantitative service objectives through regular meetings.
- Ensure proficiency in Cartier operations systems within the team.
- Collaborate with service platforms and partners to maintain quality service and adherence to Cartier policies.
- Manage invoicing, special orders, and ensure client satisfaction in all service aspects.
- Proven experience in management or leadership, preferably in the watch/jewellery industry.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-focused skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience managing a sophisticated clientele with a focus on luxury service environments.
