1. Support the Client Services Project Manager in implementing client service strategies and policies within boutiques.
2. Brief boutique teams on client service updates and manage relevant tools.
3. Coordinate with call center and technical partners to ensure seamless operations.
4. Assist in the implementation of new client service procedures and maintain existing service offerings.
5. Collaborate on client service projects to enhance processes and improve client satisfaction.

1. Experience in watchmaking and jewelry is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. SAP experience is advantageous.

2. Ability to create compelling presentations and manage data effectively.

Experience in client services within the luxury sector, particularly in watchmaking and jewelry, is preferred.
