Cartier Client Service Associate

- Welcome each client with personalized interaction while adhering to the Maison's service policy.
- Identify and address clients' requests and needs to ensure satisfaction within the boutique.
- Maintain close relationships and regular communication with the Client Services Manager, providing feedback and proposing client development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Client Services administrator, watchmaker, and jeweler to follow up on client files.
- Manage the flow of Repair Order steps, including notification, estimation, billing, and archiving.
- Contribute to after-sales service indicators by enhancing turnover and reducing complaints, return rates, and service delays.
- Advise clients on recommended services, product sales, and technical aspects.
- Organize and maintain documents related to sales, stock, transfers, repairs, and other boutique records.
- Implement the Client Service action plan as directed by Retail Management.
- Previous experience in Fine Jewelry or Watches
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, empathy, confidence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Client-focused with strong teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Previous experience in the fine jewelry or watch industry is required.
