Cartier Client Service Associate

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking after-sales service for Cartier products.
- Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the service process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist the boutique team in delivering exceptional service and support the Boutique Watchmaker in ensuring a seamless process.
- Monitor client files and ensure the follow-up of key after-sales service indicators.
- Understand client needs, provide solutions, and address service objections with clarity and expertise.
- Manage repair workflows and ensure timely communication and reporting.
- Capture client data to enhance satisfaction and contribute to after-sales turnover.
- Drive service sales and advise clients on service and product options.
- Manage stock and inventory effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years in client service, preferably within the luxury sector.
- University degree.
- Strong knowledge of Cartier products and services.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to manage stress and confidentiality.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Experience in budget management.
Minimum of 3 years in client service, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector, particularly in watchmaking and jewelry.
University degree required.
